Shrine of the Holy Mom
I picked up this plaster statue of the Holy Mom for a buck at a garage sale and am planning to make a shrine for her out of some Cuban cigar boxes I found recently at the local Salvation Army.
I make all my beads and jewelry using my own homemade, recycled and purchased elements. Each piece is unique and has its own story. Commissions are gladly undertaken.

A Northwest native, I have always enjoyed making things. Over the past few years I have been concentrating on making jewelry - and making the beads as well if the ones I want are not available. It turns out that I have an affinity for making what may be described as "ethnic" or "tribal" beads and jewelry and now, with the encouragement of family, friends, and commissioners, I have begun my own blog. My blog will feature my most recent work (with an archive of everything I have made), works that are for sale, and tutorials. I welcome comments, tips and corrections.
